Timeless – Horizons students become superior clock makers. (29/03/17)
Horizons students were invited as VIPs to the Derby Silk Mill on 29th March 2017, they were asked to take part in a 3D workshop, making keyrings and clocks. The process was through a laser cutting machine and the students had to design and decorate their own pieces, using team working skills to get the technical parts of the clocks put together. It was a fantastic event and all the students did themselves very proud.
Big thank you to Graeme Smith, Bill Hindmarsh and everyone at the Silk Mill.
